Multiterm Convert

I am trying to convert an Excel file (2 columns only) into Multiterm. But the last stage stays at 8/9 when finishing the conversion and never ends.
Do you have a solution ?

Have you tried it with the old Excel version (XLA format)?

Perhaps you should try to copy the contents of the Excel file into a new Excel file and retry?

Or perhaps try to save it as an xls file if this is an xlsx file?
