I have already found an error in this document where the term "pleine propriété" was incorrectly used in place of"nue-propriété". I fully understand the French concept of "démembrement de propriété" into "usufruit" (usufruct) and nue-propriété (naked/bare ownership) having studied law in Louisiana. I don't understand the expression "partage en pleine propriété" and wonder if it is a mistake.

disagree  Daryo: no. it doesn't - and I'm really curious how "combining usufruct with ownership" would be done?
