I agree with Daryo. You can't combine "ownership" w/ usufruct. Ownership in property combines 3 rights which are usus, fructus and abusus. The former 2 combined are "usufruct". Pleine propriété (full ownership) = usufruit (usufruct) + naked (used in the Louisiana Civil Code)/bare ownership. So usufruct and ownership makes no sense at all.

I'd go along with everything that Daryo says, but would like to add that maybe the idea is that the nu-propriétaires may no share out the proceeds of the sale between themselves without making sure that the usufruitier(s) get(s) their fair share — remember the usufruit has an actual value that needs to be factored in.

extremely unlikely - given the style and the content, this was written by people who definitely know what they are talking about.

I think that "le partage en pleine propriété" have no special meaning of its own - "le partage" is still simply "le partage", same as "pleine propriété" is still simply "pleine propriété"

The key to understanding the ST is in " ... en ..." and in the whole paragraph.

"le remplacement dans le patrimoine sociétaire de la nue-propriété des biens par tous biens qui s’y substitueraient par voie de vente suivi d’un remploi ou d’un échange."

It's about contributions to the capital of the company made by people who only have the "bare ownership" of the assets they contributed.

If these assets get sold by the "bare owners" (or the company who accepted them as contribution, not very clear), the price of the sale (the money obtained) can not be treated the same way if it was a "normal" sale of assets "in full ownership" i.e. the "bare owners" can not divide the money from the sale AS IF they were "full owners" [... en pleine propriété"]
