Hi all -

I am looking for advice as to how best to translate this phrase, la cui posizione è stata stralciata given the context below:

...tutti meglio generalizzati in epigrafe, per rispondere dei reati di cui all'odierna imputazione; originariamente il giudizio era stato disposto anche nei confronti di altri imputati la cui posizione è stata poi stralciata per avere gli stessi definito il procedimento con riti alternativi (rito abbreviato o patteggiamento).

"tutti" refers to the defendants who are bank employees and accused of facilitating money laundering (of which they were ultimately acquitted).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
