A recent survey of ProZ.com members, aimed at gaining insight on the value members are receiving from their membership, provided some interesting feedback. 93% of members said they would recommend membership to others. Nearly half of those surveyed were not aware that ProZ.com has a staff of 25 dedicated to serving members.
