Source text - Romanian In realizarea obiectului contractului, Agentul va efectua activitati de promovare specifice oferirii spre consum de bere dupa cum urmeaza:
- expunerea produselor Beneficiarului in spatiile de consum in locuri vizibile. Produsele trebuie sa fie expuse cu respectarea unui grad de ocupare a rafturilor optim, in concordanta cu recomandarile Beneficiarului;
- utilizarea unor materiale si suporturi publicitare proprii expunerii marcilor de produs, servirii si consumului produselor de bere (suporturi pahare, pahare, tavi, desfacatoare, scrumiere, articile vestimentare, reclame luminoase de interior, vitrine frigorifice, umbrele etc) puse la dispozitia Agentului de catre Beneficiar in cantitatea si sortimentele stabilite de catre Beneficiar;
- gruparea produselor Beneficiarului pe categorii de clase de produs. Gruparea se va face pe marci populare, marci premium si marci super-premium, potrivit indicatiilor Beneficiarului;
- prezentarea produselor Beneficiarului intr-un mod placut, cu un aspect ingrijit si adecvat (curatarea ambalajelor-sticlelor si dozelor- de praf si murdarie, neexpunerea produselor fara etichete ori avand ambalajul/capace deteriorate etc);
- prezentarea spre consum si servirea produselor Beneficiarului exclusiv in paharele, sau insotite de celelalte suporturi si accesorii publicitare adecvate marcii de produs, puse la dispozite de catre Beneficiar in masura in care Beneficiarul a acordat asemenea accesorii Agentului;
- mentionarea in meniurile de bauturi ale Agentului a produselor Beneficiarului pe categorii de produs;
Translation - English Achieving this contract subject, the Agent shall done promotion activities, in consumption beer offer, as follows:
- Beneficiary products exposure in consumption facilities in visible places. Products must be exposed by respect of an optimal loading of shelfs, pursuant Beneficiary recomendations;
- usage of proper advertising materials and supports for product brands exposure, serving and consuming beer products (drink glasses holders, trays, beer openers, ashtrays, promotional clothing, light-advertising for indoor, refrigerated showcases, umbrellas etc.) made available for the Agent by the Beneficiary, in quantity and sortiments settled by Beneficiary;
- grouping of Beneficiary products on categories of product classes. This grouping shall be on popular brands, premium brands, and super-premium brands, according to Beneficiary indication;
- presenting of Beneficiary products in a pleasant way, having a proper aspect (cleaning of bottles and doses from dust and dirt, avoiding products with labels, caps damaged etc.)
- presenting for drink and serving the Beneficiary products solely in glasses, or accompanied by the other supports and advertising accessories proper for a product brand, made available by the Beneficiary, in case on granting all these accessories to the Agent;
- mentions in the Agent’s menus for drinks of Beneficiary products on cathegories;
