Mandatár je povinný plniť zmluvu osobne a je povinný zachovávať mlčanlivosť o všetkých skutočnostiach, o ktorých sa dozvie pri plnení predmetu zmluvy. Táto povinnosť mlčanlivosti platí aj po skončení platnosti tejto zmluvy.
Hodinová odmena bude delená na začaté štvrťhodiny. Faktúru bude mandatár vystavovať mesačne, pozadu k piatemu dňu mesiaca nasledujúceho po mesiaci, v ktorom boli služby poskytnuté. Mandatár pri vyúčtovaní predloží mandantovi časovú špecifikáciu práce. Mandatár musí informovať mandanta o predpokladanom rozsahu prác.
Základná hodinová odmena je dohodnutá na … SK vrátane 19% DPH. Termín splatnosti faktúry je dohodnutý na 21 dní od doručenia faktúry.
Mandant je povinný uhradiť mandatárovi okrem odmeny aj náhradu nevyhnutných a účelných nákladov vynaložených pri obstarávaní záležitosti podľa zmluvy.
Translation - Slovak The Mandatary must perform the Agreement in person and must keep confidential any and all facts the Mandatary learns in performing the subject matter of the Agreement. This confidentiality obligation will survive termination of this Agreement.
The hourly rate will be divided based on incomplete quarters of an hour. The Mandatary will issue an invoice in arrears on monthly basis as at the fifth day of the month following the month, in which the services were provided. In the statement of costs the Mandatary will provide the Mandator with time details of the work. The Mandatary must inform the Mandator of the estimated scope of works.
The basic hourly rate is agreed at SKK … including VAT of 19%. An invoice will be due within 21 days from the date it is delivered.
In addition to the remuneration the Mandator must compensate the Mandatary’s necessary and purpose-bound costs incurred in performing the matters specified in the Agreement.
