If you have, please do not come into the Maternity Unit unless you have concerns about your pregnancy or think you are in labour. Instead, stay at home and telephone us and we will arrange for your community midwife to see you at home or make an appointment for you when you are better.

• To cancel an appointment call 0121 507 4387 or 4388 between 8.30am and 4.30pm
• You can also call your midwife by telephoning the number on your green notes
If you do need to come into the Maternity Unit please telephone us in advance, let us know you have flu symptoms, or tell the receptionist or midwife as soon as you arrive. If you want advice about your flu symptoms, telephone your GP or NHS Direct on 0845 46 47.
