How to import translation memory to SDL trados Translator's workbench?

Dear colleagues,
I have downloaded some translation memories on my new laptop and wanted to import into the newly installed SDL Trados Translator's workbench.

However when I click on the import button, the .ttx file is not visible. Any chance someone know why?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I guess you mean Wordfast TM. First you have to export as .tmx-format in Wordfast, then you can import into Trados TM.

I suppose you mean TMs for TRADOS 2007 or earlier versions.

ttx is a bilingual file format and is intended to be opened with TagEditor, not with the Translator's Workbench.
