(1) New changes to job posting system: improved quoting feature

June and July were strong months for job flow, with overall job activity so far this year well above that of 2009.
As part of the ongoing changes to the job posting system, the "quote" feature has been updated to make it easier to submit a quote for posted jobs, and the presentation of quotes has been improved to better showcase translator qualifications. New quote improvements include:
* Quote templates let you easily reuse information from past quotes.
* Include a CV/resume from your profile with one click.
* Upload a file from your computer such as an alternate CV/resume, sample translation, letter of recommendation, etc.
* WWA feedback and Certified PRO status have been added to quotes to showcase qualifications.
