But those who have been a part of ABC Tea and Talk program are used to hearing conversations fade in and out of French. ABC is fortunate to have bilingual volunteers with 45 years of experience between them attend this special weekly event. Every Tuesday, they participate in an inclusive program that allows patients to socialize and partake in a sweet treat or two.

1. Make sure to connect the AC adaptor to ensure the notebook computer has continuous power.
2. Make sure the notebook computer is powered “OFF”.
3. Insert the USB key into an empty USB port on the notebook computer.
4. Hold down the F12 key and turn on the power.
When “XXX” appears, release the F12 key.
5. Use the up, down, left or right arrow key to select the USB device.
6. Follow the on-screen recovery instruction to completion.
