I personally would like to congratulate every winner, but/and in particular Teresa Borges in achieving the best result on this 2013 Translation Contest_ English to Portuguese (EU).
Remarkably she did very well on a very difficult literary translation, as it can be seen by her translation and by the number of agreements by peers_ in green.
Congratulations are in order.
