With low bandwidth Internet connections the video playback may buffer and load slowly, in this case we recommend you wait the whole or most part of the video to load before playing.

Also, please make sure to give the file some time for the video to be cached properly. Depending on your Internet connection it can take up to 20 minutes for the file to be cached at your computer. When you see the progress bar all in orange, please feel free to click on the play button and watch the video.

Please note that there is no way to download the video but you can watch it as many times as you want.
