I don't struggle to use them, but they don't always appear to be reliable from the customer side. Recently I was working in memoQ online and all of a sudden I had no longer access for several hours. That's obviously really annoying if you are on a tight schedule.

I did have to drop an end client (not the agency) this year because they required a new type of 2FA and (gasp!) I don’t have a smartphone at the moment and they provided no alternative.

Not exactly struggle, but it can be frustrating when I have to use their crappy online tool or some platform that only makes things more complicated, not easier. And if I have to install a 2FA app only to view a 150 words job they are offering me once in a year, I am not interested.

I don't have access to all the technologies available, nor do I have the budget to have them all. So, I actually struggle with those clients, but I manage to work with the ones that are good with any technology/app, or the ones that I have.
