The tradition of sending Christmas cards is all but gone. When I started out in this profession, I used to send handwritten Christmas cards to clients, suppliers and colleagues, after a while I started sending e-cards only to the most important clients. Nowadays, I will send my best wishes to the clients who contact me during the end-of-year season.

P.S. Is there a difference between not applicable and N/A?

I do not! But I should. Dec 19, 2025

The last year, I sent some Amazon gift cards for my clients and some special colleagues, and they liked them. I think that it is normal to do it when you have friendly clients. Perhaps, I will try to meet them in person and have a nice conversation with them. Thanks for the suggestion!
