Procedure allocation, which is specified in the AO - General options document, enables the ability to assign procedures in a work program or checklist document to specific users, and allows only those users to complete their assigned procedures. This capability is useful if a checklist or work program is to be completed by multiple members of the team. In addition, if responses to procedures could potentially contain sensitive information, the procedures can be marked as Sensitive and their responses hidden from other members of the team.
Schedule Allocation means mapping out the pieces of work (tasks, activities, etc) on a schedule to visually represent their durations and arrangement in terms of chronology. Schedule allocation may mean breaking down a time necessary to complete certain task into smaller periods being scheduled on different days throughout the entire project timeline, so employees are assigned to the work at this task in smaller portions, but regularly (for example several working hours every day, or twice a week, etc). This method works well for tasks involving a lot of routine work which can be hardly expressed in terms of particular activities, stages and steps.

The way the text is composed leaves some, if not a lot, to desire and hence lends itself to various interpretations where only one would be accurate. ''maintain...and schedule'' are both verbs. So far, so good. The problem is the slash in''schedule/procedure'' which standardly means that ''schedule'' and ''procedure'' are interchangeable alternatives which is not possible either syntactically or semantically. 2. If we are to consider ''procedure allocation'' as referring to the assignment of procedures in a work program, then, the preceding clause ''the reasons that ... you practice in'' is incomplete because it requires an object for the verb ''maintain''.
Hi Sameh, I doubt the accuracy of ''schedule/allocate''. Would you be able to tell whether the text is written by a native or a non-native speaker?
