Retaliation in the context of a report filed for harassment at the workplace - would you translate this as "Vergeltung"?
Retaliation against employees or non-employees who report a violation of this policy, or who participate in investigations as witnesses, or in other capacities, also violates the law and this policy. Such retaliation is prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Ausgrenzung

Repressalien
...would fit here IMO.
While "Vergeltung" makes it clearer that sth. happens as a consequence, it is much to strong and does not suit the context well.
Just google for "Repressalien am Arbeitsplatz"
