Niet zo simpel zonder context. Maar gezien de klassificatie business/financial etc. lijkt mij het meest waarschijnlijk dat met 'board' in dit geval het bestuur van een onderneming is bedoeld en dat de betreffende "seat holder" in het (dagelijks) bestuur een actieve functie heeft.
