English to French Tech/Engineering Computers: Systems, Networks An observation about scaling using GAE.

I have to translate:

"GAE has a relatively high failure rate for accessing content, which is acceptable when returning avatars, but is not OK for loading up the initial image."

I've tried this:

GAE a un taux de défaillance relativement élevé quand il s’agit D'ACCEDER AU CONTENU, qui est admissible pour le retour des avatars, mais inacceptable pour le chargement de l'image initiale.

and this:

GAE a un taux de défaillance relativement élevé EN ACCESS AU CONTENU qui est admissible...

but neither sounds good to me!
