Since I chose to translate "ownership interests" by "participation au droit de propriété sur" (the subjects of ownership are live beings or in some cases, a single live being), I am now struggling with the phrase "any and all" in the following context: "X agrees to donate to Y any and all ownership interests she may possess with respect to any of the animals residing at..."
