Effectivement, je ne pense pas que cette phrase soit correcte - Je dirais plutôt : Does evolution have but us in charge - mais cela n'est encore pas très bien formulé. Mon instinct me dit que cela signifie "is it just us in charge of (the)evolution (of whatever it is that is evolving here!)?"
