Die russischen wissenschaftlichen Titel entsprechen nicht den deutschen. Bei der Promotion wird man nach einem Hochschulabschluss erst "Kandidat", dann "Doktor". Am ehesten entspricht noch der Kandidat dem Magister. Allerdings wird zur Zeit auch das ganze System nach amerikanischem Vorbild umgekrempelt.

: promovierte/r Pädagoge/ Pädagogin glaube ich würde eher passen.Obwohl manche versuchen zu argumentieren, Pädagogik ist auch eine Einstellungssache.
