It is a market where customers require increasingly lighter and cleaner energy as well as energy services that reduce costs and emissions.
Actually, light energy is what I really wanted to ask, but was afraid it might make people think in terms of light as in light sources, and I need it as in light and clean.
I searched for "leichte Energie," and got a few hits that might fit, but I would like to know what the standard, generally accepted term in German is.

Actually, it was Alexander (I believe) who pointed me in the right direction, but as I said in my note, I needed an adjective (and I had already thought of umweltfreundlich, based on Alexander's hint). Still, your answer is what I am going to use. However, I am not entering it into the glossary, as I am not 100% sure that this is an exact equivalent of light(er) energy (even though it will do in my case).
