We gottabitofa problem here, because German regulations prohibit disposal of unwanted (but still serviceable) chairs, tables, crockery, records, toys etc. through the British "civic amenity site/centre", which is where we also dispose of household waste. Therefore the concept is not recognised here, but if you can do something with the ideas above, well and good...
