English to German Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Es geht um die Datenschutzbestimmungen eines Hotelkonzerns:

"The following page contains the text of the data privacy and protection provision for manpower and recruiter contracts
[...]

To protect the xxx contracted entity:
(i) the manpower or recruiting firm (Service Provider) should indemnify the xxx contracted entity for any breaches of representations and warranties; and (ii) if there is a Limitation of Liability Section, effort should be made to ***write the indemnities*** so that limitations on liability do not apply to the breaches of this representation and warranty." (xxx = Konzern)

Nach meinem Verständnis: xxx contracted entity = vertragsschließendes Unternehmen des Konzerns

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich "write the indemnities" korrekt verstahe, daher sage ich erst einmal nichts weiter dazu und hoffe auf einen Vorschlag.
