Usually (other than on tennis rackets) this means "eine Schwäche haben für.."
Hier aber wohl doch eher "besonders profitabel sein"; Beleg siehe

: Never heard it as 'eine Schwäche haben' in the USA, but I go with the profitable idea. This is the place where integrators and providors want to be in the business.

: I think you're thinking of "having a soft spot for" someone/something - that's Neigung/Schwäche/Vorliebe. Sweet spot is the point where everything clicks/falls into place/just works.

Übereinstimmung
I'm translatin a document at the moment where the term appears quite often, and my client traditionally translates it with "Übereinstimmung".
But: the context in my document refers to Value Sweet Spots with customers, i.e., where the customers share the same values as the provider (Wertübereinstimmung), so I don't know if that's applicable in your context, too
