English term
divisions
English to German
Law/Patents
Patents
The sentence is: "Licensor's Patents and Patent Applications means any and all U.S. and International Patent and Patent Applications identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement, and which is incorporated herein by reference, that are owned by or assigned to Licensor or which Licensor has procured the right to use and license, together with all foreign counterpart applications thereof including any divisions, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissue and re-examination applications, and any patents issuing on said applications."
What I need are the "foreign counterpart applicatoins" und (who'd have guessed???) the bit from "divisions, substitutions" to "re-examination applications".
Could somebody maybe also confirm my opionion that the "and" in "and which is incorporated herein by reference" is incorrect (or explain it to me)?
Thanks in advance
