Sales and Distribution (SD)
Document used to request from the vendor, as and when required, part of the total quantity or value of goods or services previously agreed upon in an outline agreement.

The release, giving the vendor the "green light" to go ahead and deliver, contains data such as the exact quantities to be delivered and the delivery dates.

Types of releases:


Release order (issued against a contract)
Forecast delivery schedule (issued against a scheduling agreement)
JIT delivery schedule (issued against a scheduling agreement)
Planning delivery schedule (issued against a scheduling agreement)

A release order contains information on quantites and delivery dates. A number of different terms exist for this concept including Call-off (UK), Draw-off (UK), Delivery order, Release and Blanket release

nalog za otpremu/isporuku (izdat prema uslovima ugovora)

Vrlo detaljno objašnjenje je već dato u pitanju. Često se ugovorom (naročito dugoročnim kupoprodajnim) definiše da isporučilac (prodavac) otprema (isporučuje) robu samo po nalogu kupca i to u količini, rokovima itd. kako je tim nalogom precizirano i pod svim ostalim uslovima definisanim ugovorom (u nalogu se navodi i ref. ugovora). Bukvalno, nalog da isporučilac "oslobodi", "pusti" (release) robu kupcu, ali prema uslovima preciziranim u ugovoru.
