giusto questa settimana mi sono trovata un testo con la medesima contrapposizione, proprio in relazione ad agenti (collaboratori esterni).
Per training ho utilizzato formazione, mentre ho utilizzato affiancamento per couching, perché prevedeva alcuni incontri accompagnati da un Couch, per il quale ho utilizzato Tutor, perché mi sembrava che rendesse al meglio la situazione.
