vil lyse. Hold lokket nede til lyset går ut igjen (maks. 15 sekunder).

STEP 1 MAKE A BAG

Pull a length of polythene forward until it is about 1 cm past the sealing/cutting wire (4).
Close the lid (1) and press it firmly on both sides until the power indicator (6) light comes on.
Hold the lid (1) down until the light goes out (15 seconds max).
When the light goes out, lift the lid and carefully remove the polythene from the sealing/cutting wire.
That is your first edge!

Pull another length forward to the desired size (30 cm max), then close and hold the lid down again and press firmly until the indicator light goes out. Lift the lid and carefully remove the bag. The opening is on the left hand side.

STEP 2 TAKE SOME AIR OUT

After putting the items in the bag, place the open end upon the foam strip (3) – ensuring that the vacuum nozzle (5) actually goes well into the bag opening and that there are no creases or wrinkles that could interfere with the sealing process. Close the lid (1) and press firmly on the right hand end only. This activates the vacuum pump only and not the sealing/cutting wire. Let the pump run until most of the air is removed from the bag (up to 40 seconds).

Then press both sides of the lid firmly. The vacuum pump will stop and the power indicator (6) will light. Hold the lid down until the light goes out again (15 seconds max).
