2.2. База за изготвяне на финансовия отчет

Настоящият финансов отчет е изготвен в съответствие с изискванията на МСС на Съвета за Международни Счетоводни Стандарти, приети от Комисията на Европейския съюз. Към 31 декември 2008 година МСС включват Международните счетоводни стандарти, Международните стандарти за финансови отчети (МСФО), тълкуванията на Постоянния комитет за разяснения и тълкуванията на Комитета за разяснения на МСФО. Дружеството се е съобразило с всички стандарти и разяснения, които са приложими към неговата дейност към датата на изготвянето на настоящия финансов отчет. Ръководството на дружеството счита, че прилагането на МСС, в сила за 2008 година е подходящо при тези обстоятелства и че на потребителите на финансовите отчети се предоставя полезна и достоверна информация относно финансовото състояние и резултатите от дейността на дружеството.

2.3. Счетоводни принципи

Финансовият отчет е изготвен в съответствие с основните счетоводни предположения за текущо начисляване и за действащо предприятие. Оценката на активите и пасивите и измерването на приходите и разходите се осъществено при спазване на принципа на историческата цена. Този принцип е модифициран в определени случаи с преоценката на някои активи и/или пасиви до тяхната справедлива стойност към 31 декември на текущата или на предходната година, както това е посочено на съответните места по-нататък.

2.2. Basis of preparation of financial statements
As of December 31, 2008 the International Accounting Standards as adopted by the European Union include the International Accounting Standards (IAS), the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Interpretations of the Standing Interpretations Committee and Interpretations of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee. The Company has complied with all standards and interpretations that are applicable to its activities to the date of preparation of these financial statements. The management of the Company considers that the application of IAS enforceable for 2008 is appropriate and that the financial statements present a fair view on the financial position and results of the Company.

2.3. Accounting principles

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accrual concept and the going concern assumption. Valuation of assets and liabilities, as well as income and expenses recognition has been determined on the historical cost convention. This principle has been modified in certain cases with revaluation of some assets and/or liabilities to their fair value as of December 31 of the current and proceeding year, as stated in the notes below.

В повечето зимни курорти близостта на планината и горските масиви е доминираща. Поради тази причина насищането на парковите пространства, масирано с едроразмерна растителност, е излишно. Нищо не може да се конкурира с монументалността на природата! В паркоустрояването на подобни обекти целта е да се обособят открити пространства около архитектурния обем и с помощта на растителни групи и масиви да се потърси разкриването на разнообразни перспективи и погледи към околната панорама.
Внимателно трябва да се подхожда и към избора на растителността. Масовото използване на екзотични и нетипични за района растителни видове трябва да се избягва в откритите пространства. Това е препоръчително не само заради трудното им, а понякога и невъзможно приспособяване към нетипичните условия на средата, но и поради това, че в повечето случаи присъствието им е в дисхармония с естествения ландшафт.
Изключение се прави в случаите, когато целенасочено се търси контраст със заобикалящия ни ландшафт и се пресъздават нетипични растителни композиции, които оформят екзотични кътове на зимни градини и атракционни комплекси на закрито. В тези случаи растителните обеми са като „декор“ на архитектурното решение и просто подсилват внушението на дизайнерското търсене.

The proximity to forests and mountains is dominating in most ski resorts. For this reason saturation of parks, concentrating oversized greenery, is unnecessary. Nothing compares to the grandeur of nature! In park planning for such projects the purpose is to separate open spaces from architectural contents and to seek the disclosure of a variety of perspectives and views to the surrounding panorama with the help of plant groups and block-areas.

The selection of greenery should be carefully approached. The widespread use of exotic and unusual (for the region) plant species should be avoided in open spaces. This is advisable not only because of their difficult and sometimes impossible adaptation to the atypical environmental conditions, but also because in most cases, their presence is in disharmony with the natural landscape.

An exception is made where contrast with the surrounding landscape is being sought purposefully and atypical plant compositions are being reproduced, which form exotic corners of winter gardens and indoor entertainment complexes. In such cases plant contents are "decor" of the architectural solution and simply strengthen suggestion of designer search.
