Source text - English The final processing facilities, which will be developed in three stages, will consist of the following:
• Primary crushing.
• Grinding – SABC circuit with power split to be defined in the study.
• Flotation – flash flotation followed by selective sequential oxide and sulphide flotation and two stages of cleaners for each flotation circuit.
• Concentrate thickeners with tailings pumping to TSF.
• Concentrate thickeners, pressure filters, and concentrate storage shed.
• Atmospheric leach for oxide concentrate will include atmospheric leach, cooling towers, solid-liquid separation and clarifiers.
• Pressure oxidation will use autoclaves, letdown vessels, solid-liquid separation (CCD thickeners), and clarifiers.
• Silver recovery will utilize lime boil, leach followed by Merrill Crowe.
• SX-EW will be a modular design,with both high and low grade circuits.
• Neutralisation – excess SX solution will be combined with silver tailings and ash and sent to the silver TSF.
• Copper wire rod circuit will not be included.
The design will be based on a modified PFS flowsheet and developed in three stages as shown in the flowsheets and described below.

Установка содержит набор оборудования, на котором можно выполнять все технологические операции для получения ПАН волокна: формование, ориентационную вытяжку, промывку во-локна, термическую обработку, сушку, замасловку и приемку волокна. Ассортимент волокна: от 10Т до 660Т.
Установка состоит из отдельных узлов, собранных в единую линию, но узлы, при этом, могут работать и по отдельности
Отдельные узлы установки должны иметь возможность некоторого перемещения в двух коор-динатах: вдоль и поворот в горизонтальной плоскости с целью отрегулировать движение нити по линии с наименьшими перегибами.
Все детали установки соприкасающиеся с волокном и технологическими жидкостями должны изготавливаться из нержавеющей стали, содержащей 2% молибдена (учитывая работу с вод-ными растворами роданистого натрия).
Установка должна иметь надежные способы измерения и регулирования температур, скорости вращения транспортирующих роликов и подачи всех жидкостей. Приводы роликов должны держать постоянные скорости вращения не хуже ±0,5% при натяжениях нити до 3 кг. Каждая пара роликов должна регулироваться отдельно.
Углы скрещивания вальцов должны плавно регулироваться и не меняться при стягивания их за счет напряжения в нити.
Приемно-намоточное устройство с цилиндрической крестовой намоткой при постоянном натяжении должно быть изготовлено с учетом возможности приема волокна из корыта осадительной ванны.
Translation - English Unit Structure and Specifics:
The unit has a set of components suitable for all PAN precursor processes, such as: spinning, orientation drawing, fibre washing, heat treatment, drying, sizing and take-up. Types of fibre: from 10T to 660T.
The unit has several in-line components which can operate independently.
Individual unit components should be somewhat movable along the horizontal axis, as well as rotating horizontally to adjust the path of the fibre with the least twists.
All unit components in contact with fibre and technical fluids should be made of stainless steel with 2% molybdenum (to work with water solutions of sodium rhodanate).
The unit should be equipped with reliable measurement tools and adjustment options for temperature, rotation speed of guide rollers and feed of all fluids. Roller drives should maintain constant rotation speeds not less than ±0.5% at fibre tensions up to 3 kg. Each roller duo should be independently adjustable.
Roll crossing angles should be smoothly adjustable and should not deflect due to fibre tension.
Take-up winder with cylindrical cross winding at constant tension should be made taking into account a possibility of fibre take-up from the coagulation bath trough.
