Source text - English Perform a diagnostic test on your ABS system. Remove the front luggage compartment liner. On the right/ U.S. passenger side you will see the ABS module; it contains a series of relays and fuses. Looking at the fuse section you will notice 1 empty fuse socket. Install a 10 amp fuse. Turn on the ignition to light the ABS display. The ABS light in your dash will start to flash a code (a series of 1/2 second sequential flashes with 2 second pauses in between) after a few seconds initial delay. Count the flashes, note the two-digit code (codes can have values from 11 to 78). Reference the 348 workshop manual (also shown below) for the problem the code equates to (typically a simple bad electrical connection near the wheels or just low brake fluid in your reservoir).
Translation - French Faites un test de diagnostic sur votre système d'ABS. Enlevez le revêtement du compartiment à bagage de devant. A droite, côté passager vous allez voir le module de l’ABS ; il contient une série de relais et de fusibles. Dans la section des fusibles vous allez voir 1 douille à fusible vide. Installez un fusible de 10 ampères. Tournez l'allumage pour voir l'affichage de l’ABS. Sur votre tableau de bord, la lumière de l’ABS commencera à clignoter en émettant une série de flashes séquentiels de 1/2 seconde avec une intervalle de 2 secondes. Comptez les flashes, notez le code à deux chiffres (les codes peuvent avoir des valeurs de 11 à 78). Référez-vous au manuel 348 (voir en bas) et cherchez le code d’erreur avec le chiffre qui s’est affiché sur votre tableau de bord. En général, il s'agit d'un mauvais raccordement électrique près des roues ou tout simplement d'un manque du liquide des freins dans le réservoir.
