Das Prüfungsamt entspricht m.E. dieser Stelle mehr als das Unisekretariat, das ja gar nicht für studentische Fragen zuständig ist. Dann schon eher das Immatrikulationsamt, wenn es nur darum geht, dass jemand an einem Kurs teilgenommen hat.
