anglais vers chinois: Declaration of Interests and Conflict of Interests form General field: Affaires / Finance
Texte source - anglais This form must be completed by all directors, officers and senior managers upon joining Dentsu International (“DI’’), on promotion to directorship or senior management, and on an annual basis thereafter. Other groups of employees may also be required to complete a declaration as directed by Legal & Compliance, local management or Human Resources. Once submitted, the declaration must be promptly updated by all such employees as and when circumstances change.
This form is designed to capture potential or actual conflicts of interest, so that DI can monitor and mitigate any conflicts of interest and protect the integrity of our workplace.
A conflict of interest can occur when an employee is confronted with choosing between the duties of their work role, including what is best for DI’s interests, and their own private or personal interests. For example, conflicts of interests can arise from outside financial interests, personal relationships or related party transactions.
