Hi, I'm Thomas Dylan V. Nisperos, born in Rodriguez Rizal Philippines, and currently taking a bachelor's in secondary education majoring in social studies. I already worked before as a customer service representative in a BPO company for 6 months while I was still studying, in which we use the English language as a medium of communication with the customers.
