Just finished working on an English-to-Spanish translation for Global Voices. It was a news article about local protests and police crackdowns in Azerbaijan--interesting material. I find it's always good to stay informed about instances of repression or protest, and especially in countries that normally don't make it into the public eye.

I just finished writing in Spanish a blog article about the possible implications, be they positive or negative, of having a pessimistic attitude. A brief but thoughtful reflection.
