IMO, the Chinese would suffice as a paraphrase with some errors. In other words, it's good enough for handwaving purposes and getting the main message across.

My recommendation would be to pay for a professional translation job and/or a verification job to ensure for quality and accuracy.

Yes, I agree, Shirley.

IMO, it boils down to what the intention of the advertiser is. Is it to sell a service at all cost, or to adhere to the principle of truth in advertising?

Plus there are some errors in meaning.
