Issues with eXPert PDF Editor

Hallo,

I am using the eXPert PDF Editor to type my translation into the document. Everything was fine until I had to type the letter "q". I also can't seem to get to the quotation marks, which on my German keyboard need the Shift button. I have no problems with typing capital letters.

I was looking for a way to insert special symbols like in Word but that doesn't seem possible. Does anyone have a suggestion?
