What's the average rate for dubbing EN>FR?

Hello,
I am looking for an average price per minute for dubbing ideally in euros, if it is possible because a mission was offered to me but I have no idea of the prices applied by professionals on a regular basis.
Can someone help me with this?

I am not a voiceover artist, but I happen to know a few. And they do not quote on a per-minute, but on a per-job basis.
Now, in your profile you introduce yourself as a student.
You are asking the dubbing rate as applied by professional voiceover artists.
Guess my questions are: Are you one? Do you have any VO experience?
