A nice city Jul 13, 2004

I can attest, after 5 months in Arusha, that you will have a good time (plenty of parties among expatriates), the work environment is good (with some patience from your part), life is cheap (you can save), and you can take side excursions to wildlife parks and Zanzibar. Mount Meru is almost in the city, and Kilimajaro (highest summit in Africa) is not that far. And while you are here, you can pick up some Kiswahili. It will change you.

Karibu Tanzania
