Hi all,
I have a question about the legal terminology related to mergers and acquisitions in Portuguese. Do you know how different these terms might be in Brazilian Portuguese and Portugal's Portuguese? If they are very different, can someone suggest me a good book about Brazilian Legal Terminology which is available for purchase in Europe?
