MemoQ server jobs with "preview not available"

Anyone know what exactly they are doing to screw them up like that?

99% certain it is on their end and it happens to specific files (some jobs have 1 preview-less file, some half, some most). It also seems to happen in waves, with specific client's server projects suddenly displaying this fault often, and then no such problem for a while again.
