Medical - Medical: Health Care
German term or phrase: Arzt in Weiterbildung
Hey there,

EN: ... is, based on Sec. 10 of the Federal Medical Practitioners' Act (BÄO), as amended, revocably granted a licence to temporarily practise the medical profession under the auspices and responsibility of a qualified medical practitioner for the period from 1 August 2013 to 30 November 2013.

Such licence does not yet entitle him to practise as a ***Resident Physician undergoing Specialised Training***.

Is this correct? There is a Metzgerian entry for Resident Physician with many agrees, including one from a specialist medical translator but I have looked into the matter quite a bit at this point. What does the community think?

I am also not completely disregarding Trainee Physician, which is concise and crisp, but then the translation has to be certified and 99.9% correct.

Best regards,
