I'm Caroline, I'm 29 years old, I have an optimistic personality, I'm very creative when necessary, flexible, observant, focused and I've developed analytical thinking throughout my trajectory, so by joining my knowledge, skills and attitudes, I'm always actively learning.

I've been taking language course for a few years for English I'm at an advanced level and I intend in the future (or very soon, I hope) to work with a bilingual service with interpretation or costumer service's. I have the letters faculty locked up for a few years and I intend to return soon, but I intend to study psychology. I have a 6 year old son, Carlos who is the love of my life! I love to play, walk in the park and ride a bike all the time we have together is special, and teaching him about everything and literacy,  is the most incredible challenge. it made me grow as a person, it brought me valuable additions of patience and persistence.

I really like my work with customer service, it is essential for the operation of services in all the ramifications that a company can have. And of course I've been carrying out this work for 9 years with excellence! And I even had the opportunity to work in large contact center companies.

which gave me an important professional experience, and I even had professional growth, the opportunity comes with dedication and I am grateful. At the moment, I'm looking for new challenges in the job market,  at development and generating results. I know my experience, knowledge and attitudes can be useful and I want to be part of this!
