Administrative requirements
(a) An operator shall ensure that the following information is included in the initial application for an AOC and, when applicable, any variation or renewal applied for:
(1)The official name and business name, address and mailing address of the applicant;
(2)A description of the proposed operation;
(3)A description of the management organization;
(4)The name of the accountable manager;
(5)The names of major post holders, including those responsible for flight operations, the maintenance system, crew training and ground operations together with their qualifications and experience; and
(6)The Operations Manual.
(b)In respect of the operator’s maintenance system only, the following information must be included in the initial application for an AOC and, when applicable, any variation or renewal applied for, and for each aeroplane type to be operated:
(1)The operator’s continuing airworthiness management exposition;
(2)The operator’s aeroplane maintenance programme(s);
(3)The aeroplane technical log;
(4)Where appropriate, the technical specification(s) of the maintenance contract(s) between the operator and any
Part–145 approved maintenance organization;
(5)The number of aeroplanes.
(c)The application for an initial issue of an AOC must be submitted at least 90 days before the date of intended operation except that the Operations Manual may be submitted later but not less than 60 days before the date of intended operation.
(d)The application for the variation of an AOC must be submitted at least 30 days, or as otherwise agreed, before the date of intended operation.
(e)The application for the renewal of an AOC must be submitted at least 30days, or as otherwise agreed, before the end of the existing period of validity.
(f)Other than in exceptional circumstances, the Authority must be given at least 10 days prior notice of a proposed change of a nominated postholder.

(c)Aplikimi për një lëshim fillestar të një AOC-je duhet të paraqitet të paktën 90 ditë para datës së synuar të operimit përveç se Manuali i Operimit mund të paraqitet më vonë, por jo më pak se 60 ditë para datës së synuar të operimit.
(d) Aplikimi për variantin e një AOC-je duhet të paraqitet të paktën 30 ditë, ose sipas marrëveshjes, para datës së synuar të operimit.
(e)Aplikimi për rinovimin e një AOC-je mund të paraqitet të paktën 30 ditë, ose sipas marrëveshjes, para përfundimit të periudhës ekzistuese të vlefshmërisë.
(f)Ndryshe nga rrethanat e jashtëzakonshme, Autoritetit duhet ti jepen të paktën 10 ditë njoftim para një ndryshimi të propozuar të njërit prej mbajtësve të emëruar të posteve.

Source text - Albanian Herodoti – Zbulimi i Ilirëve?
A duhet t’i njohim historianit grek të gjysmës I të shek V p.Kr. , Herodotit, të quajtur “Babai i Historisë, meritën e zbulimit të Ilirëve? Ai është i pari që quajti me këtë emër etnosin e madh që banonte në veri të grekëve dhe në lindje të thrakëve. Këtu nuk është fjala për njoftime mbi ishuj, brigje dhe skela të para nga luftëtarët grekë, por për thellësinë e “tokave ilire”, si i quan ai, për pjesën në verilindje, ku në rrjedhën e poshtme të lumit Angros, Morava e sotme Jugore, ata kufizoheshin me popullsinë e Tribalëve. Dy rastet e tjera kur Herodoti përmend ilirët kanë të bëjnë gjithashtu me kufinjtë lindorë të tyre , ku ata takohen me maqedonët. Këto lajme të para mbi ilirët historiani grek i pati mbledhur vetë gjatë njërit nga udhëtimet e tij në thellësi të Ballkanit midis viteve 455-452 p.Kr.
Të dhënat e Herodotit për “tokat e ilirëve ndryshonin mjaft konceptin e kohës për brendësinë e gadishullit, për të cilin detarët dhe tregëtarët grekë kishin një përfytyrim mjaft të turbullt. Megjithatë treva e banuar nga Ilirët e Herodotit nuk ishte një zbulim gjeografik për grekët. Të paktën që nga periudha e mesme nikenase (1800 – 1500 p.Kr.) ekzistonin kontakte të tyre me këtë trevë, që shprehen në tregëtimin e qeramikës apo bronzeve, por edhe me prezencën e objekteve ilire në faltoret greke të periudhës gjeometrike. Ajo që mund të quhet zbulim i mirëfilltë i historianit të madh është se atje ku paraardhësit e tij shihnin fise të vecanta ai pa një popull me tipare të përbashkëta, që përmblidheshin në një emër të përgjithshëm – Ilirë.
Edhe më tepër. Me syrin e historianit, Herodoti dalloi brenda bashkësisë etnike ilire një forcë politike të cilën Greqia për herë të parë po e vinte re, ose më mirë kishte nevojë ta llogariste për raportin e forcave në luftërat greko-persiane.
Translation - English Herodotus – The Discovery of Illyrians?
Should we acknowledge to the Greek historian of the first half of the fifth century, Herodotus, known as the “Father of History”, the merit for the discovery of the Illyrians? He was the first calling with this name the great ethnos living north of the Greeks and east of the Thracians. This is not about information on islands, shores and docks seen by the Greek warriors but for the vastness of the “Illyrian lands”, as he calls them, the northeastern part, where at the down side of Angros river, today’s Southern Morava, they would confine with the Tribals. The other two cases that Herodotus mentions the Illyrians, are about their eastern borderlines, where they meet with Macedonians. These first news on the Illyrians were gathered by the Greek historian himself during one of his trips in the Balkans in 455-452 B.C.
Herodotus data about “the Illyrian lands” changed the concept of the time for the composition of the peninsula, of which the seamen and traders had a vague picture. However the territory inhabited by the Illyrians of Herodotus was no geographic discovery for the Greeks. At least since the middle Mycenaean age (1800-1500 B.C) they had contacts with this territory which was expressed through the trade of bronze and pottery and also with Illyrian objects present in the Greek sanctuaries of the geometric period. What can be called a authentic discovery of the great historian is that where his people saw different tribes he saw a population with common traditions conjointly named – Illyrians.
There’s more. With his historian sense, Herodotus distinguished a political force in the Illyrian ethnic group, newly noticed by Greece, which needed to be calculated for the proportion of powers in the Greek-Persian wars.

Alexander is a skilled designer with perfectly tailored clothes, always hinting at a deep, almost macabre desire. It is this insight and skill that has Hollywood stars lining up to wear his creations. Oscar winning actress, Charlize Theron, adores his designs, and also LIv Tyler.
Alexander’s individual style has caused quite a stir over the years. Still, amidst all the criticism, in 1996 he was awarded the “British Designer of the Year” award, catapulting him into a prime position at Givenchy. With the arrival of Alexander, Givenchy was buzzing with an almost barbaric energy that he injected into his clothes. Years on, he now heads fashion house, Gucci.
In view of all his accomplishments, it is easy to forget how young he really is. He has a kids playfulness perversely tied to a ruthlessness that makes him something of a walking contradiction.
While the Alexander McQueen of Gucci is producing more approachable, wearable clothes, the other side of Alexander continues to impress us with his genius and individuality.

1. Çdo makinë duhet të ketë një shenjë dalluese ku percaktohet qartë modeli, data e prodhimit dhe numrin serial.
2. Kushtet e programit:
a. Ne kohën e ndezjes së makines duhet të tregohet ne ekran shuma e kontrollit.
b. Te faqja kryesore e lojrave makina duhet të tregojë qartë versionin perkatës (AL--------------).
c. Të gjitha lojrat duhet të jenë të sistemit të rastësishëm (RNG).
d. Të gjitha lojërat e makines duhet të paraqesin planin e fitimit të mundshëm të lojës, në mënyrë që lojtari të mos mashtrohet për fitimet që nuk ekzistojnë.
e. Makinat duhet të tregojnë vlerën reale të monedhës (1 Lek = 1kredit).
f. Numëratori mekanik duhet të jetë i lidhur me CPU, në rast mosfunksionimi të rregullt të numëratorit mekanik duhet të shfaqet në ekran një mesazh gabimi dhe makina të ndalojë së punuari.
g. Në rastet e mungesës së energjisë është kusht i domosdoshëm që makina të ruajë kreditin e plotë dhe gjendjen e meparshme të lojës.
3. Kushtet e makinës:
a. Makina duhet të pranojë monedhën në lek nëpërmjet një aparati marrës kartmonedhash të integruar në të.
b. Numëratori mekanik duhet të përmbajë në minimum 7 shifra dhe të jetë i pajisur me:

Translation - English Technical conditions that electronic machines in use by operators of "Electronic Casinos" must satisfy
1. Every machine should have a distinctive sign which clearly defines the model, the production date and serial number.
2. Conditions of the program:
a. At the turn on time of the machine the screen should show the checksum.
b. At the main page of games the machines should clearly show the relevant version (AL--------------).
c. All games must be of a random system (RNG).
d. All games of the machine must present the potential profit plan of the game, so that the player is not deceived for profits that do not exist.
e. The machines must show the real value of currency (1 Lek = 1credit).
f. The mechanic counter should be linked to the CPU, if the mechanical counter is malfunctioning, there should be an error message displayed on the screen and the machine should stop running.
g. In cases where there is no power it is an indispensable condition that machine retains full credit and previous state of the game,
3. Conditions of machine:
a. Machines must accept currency in lek through an integrated receiver apparatus of bills.
b. The mechanic counter must contain a minimum of 7 digits and be equipped with:

c. Three different electronic keys should be submitted to NJMLF by the manufacturer of machines to enable the following functions:

d. In the case of a CPU change due to a various technical problem it is necessary to inform the NJMLF.
