Into23 is seeking experienced freelance linguists, transcription professionals, and language service providers (LSPs) to support a multilingual audio transcription and annotation project involving call center recordings.

This is a project-based opportunity supporting AI training and language technology initiatives.

Scope of Work

Depending on the project requirements, tasks may include:

Orthographic transcription
Audio quality review and cleanup (where required)
Transcription Quality Assurance (QA)
Speaker labeling
Metadata annotation (e.g., speaker ID, gender, age group, duration)
Schema validation (if required)

Detailed project guidelines, annotation instructions, and quality requirements will be provided before project commencement.
