We look forward to the next period with excited anticipation
For the time being (we) wait with baited breath (in excited anticipation) of/for the new term (period of time) that has been created (because something has happened)
We look forward to the next period with excited anticipation.
Ie: Tonight (09/10/2009) when they explode the module in the crater on the moon looking for water. All the scientists will be salivating at the thought that there will be conformation that there is water on the moon.

Your new text is totally confusing.. but it looks like the term is "the Landlord" and it is the term which has been created to cover all revisioners for the time being and shall be marked as the expectant term to use, until another term is created to cover these persons/companies/entities.
