The problem with the entire phrase is that it doesn't make sense. It probably is a back trans, possible from a catalog of items. The EN word order doesn't fit the SP word order. The part asked to be translated cn't be translated on its own as it makes the least sense of all.
I came up with the translation after dissecting the entire phrase and using familiarity with these type of valves.
'1/2 in. cierre' is a 1/2 in. shut off valve
'cromado' is chrome plated valve body
