I had to look up "jarg" - it appears to mean counterfeit. "Sat on" may mean "hid", but you haven't given the full context.

Kept or hid

To "sit on" something often means to hide or suppress it, so I think this is saying "I hid it for him" or "I kept it [out of sight] for him".

Without more context difficult, but in Australian english is could mean to reserve, no sell, temporarily.
