Доброго времени суток.

I have another friend who, from the outside, appears to have every- thing. A beautiful home, a wonderful family, friends. He has a good job, too, though that is where the “perfect life” starts to fall apart a bit. To clarify, it is a good job; he makes a good salary and is good at the work he does. But there’s a lot about the job he doesn’t love— the two biggest things being the ***small-minded, micromanaging nature of the leadership***, and that his talents aren’t fully utilized. He feels he has so much capacity that will never be recognized at the company.
